Not necessarily. Most destination resorts have an on site wedding coordinator who handles the ceremony details. My role is to coordinate the travel experience, help you choose the right resort, manage your guest reservations, and make the planning process easier from beginning to end.

Yes. I work directly with your guests to assist with reservations, answer travel questions, coordinate payments, and provide important travel information before departure.

Yes. Depending on the destination and resort, you may be able to add room upgrades, pre or post stays, airport transfers, excursions, travel protection, and other travel services. 

This depends on the resort's wedding policy. Some resorts require guests attending the ceremony to stay on property, while others allow outside guests with the purchase of a day pass. 

For the best availability and pricing, I recommend starting 12 to 18 months before your preferred wedding date. This gives you and your guests plenty of time to budget, make payments, and plan travel.
