I’m Going. You’re Invited.

My hosted group trips are personal to me. They're inspired by destinations I want to experience myself or places I've visited and believe others should experience too. My love for travel started long before Over & Beyond Travel, so these are trips I would be taking anyway. I simply invite you to come experience them with me!

That also means there's no minimum number of travelers required for the trip to go, but there is a maximum. I prefer smaller, more intimate groups that allow us to truly experience the destination without the big tour bus feel.

Most of my hosted group trips are open to the public, so if the trip fits you and your travel style, you're welcome to join us!

You may also see private group trips created specifically for a family, group of friends, organization, or special celebration. These are not open for public booking, but if you see an itinerary you love, select “Start Planning.” I can create a similar experience just for your group.

Every group trip is different, but I carefully choose the accommodations, experiences, and travel details to make the trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Each trip page clearly lists what’s included and what’s not, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before you book. 

Unless otherwise noted, airfare is not included. Booking your flight separately gives you more flexibility to use airline credits or credit card points, choose the airport and flight schedule that work best for you, and monitor airfare so you can book when the price is right for you.

Double occupancy means the trip price is based on two people sharing one room. Each traveler pays the listed per-person price. If you prefer a room to yourself, a single occupancy rate may be available at a higher price, depending on the trip. 

Absolutely! Solo travelers are welcome to join my hosted group trips. You’ll have the opportunity to meet and connect with others in the group while still enjoying the destination your way.

I do not offer roommate matching, so if you’re traveling solo, you’ll need to book a single occupancy room at the listed single occupancy rate.

The group itinerary is thoughtfully planned with experiences included to make the trip seamless, while still leaving room to enjoy the destination your way. Depending on the trip length, most itineraries include one or more free days.

Most group trips are fully or partially nonrefundable due to negotiated rates and supplier terms and conditions. Your specific cancellation policy will always be provided before you book, so you'll know exactly what applies to your trip.

Because life happens, travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect your investment for covered reasons. Insurance options will be available during the booking process.
