Personalized Trip Planning – Whether it’s a solo getaway, family vacation, cruise, or group trip, I customize every detail to fit your travel style, preferences, and budget.

Professional Reservation Management –  I handle all the booking details for you—securing reservations, processing payments, tracking deadlines, and monitoring flights. Need to make changes? I’ll work with vendors to adjust dates, update traveler info, or even book a special dinner. You just focus on packing—I’ve got the rest covered. 

Destination Information & Recommendations – You’ll receive expert travel tips, must-see attractions, dining recommendations, and travel hacks tailored to your destination.

Digital Itinerary & Easy Access to Travel Documents – No more searching through emails! You’ll receive a customized digital itinerary with all your travel details and documents in one place.

Excursion & Activity Planning – Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or cultural experiences, I’ll help you book the best excursions and activities to enhance your trip.

24/7 Travel Assistance – If you need support while traveling, I’m just a message away to ensure everything goes smoothly until you return home.

How It Works

1. Complimentary Travel Consultation – We’ll discuss your travel vision, preferences, and budget to ensure I understand your needs.
2. Professional Planning Fee – After the consultation, the planning fee must be paid before I begin research. Proposals are typically delivered within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some complex or multi-destination trips may require additional time, which will be communicated during the consultation.
3. Proposal & Revisions – You will receive our one and best proposal  based on our discussion, plus two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are available for $10 each.
4. Booking & Reservation Management – Once you approve your itinerary, I’ll handle all the bookings, payments, and vendor communications.

 Fees & Policies

To ensure that we can fully focus on clients who are serious about booking their travels with us, we charge fees. 

 🔹Professional Planning Fee – starting at $25 (non-refundable & non-transferable). This covers research, itinerary development, and two revisions. My goal is to find the best accommodations that align with your budget without compromising quality.

 🔹Booking Fees – $25 per adult traveler (non-refundable & non-transferable). If the person who paid the planning fee is also traveling, their booking fee is waived.

  📌If travel plans change, and a reservation has been deposited and confirmed, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee per person applies before cancellation can be processed. 

📣 Our planning fee is waived for all of our advertised group trips and packages shared within our private Facebook community, Kendra’s Travel Hub: Tips, Trips & Cruises. (Booking and cancellation fees still apply.)
